Tour price includes airport transfers, all ground transportation, services of the driver, private 4X4 vehicle or 8-passenger van, fuel, 3/4 star accommodations, all breakfasts. A 30% deposit is required to reserve your spot on the tour. It is 100% refundable up to 30 days prior to tour departure. Final payments are due 30 days prior to departure. Full and final payments are non-refundable once received. Your reservation is confirmed when we have received your full payment and a signed Contract for Travel Services. WHAT’S INCLUDED…
— GROUND TRANSPORTATION: All ground transportation in a private 4X4 vehicle or 8-passenger van (depending on numbers), including the vehicle, fuel, and services of the driver/host each and every day of your tour. Airport transfers on both ends of your tour are also included.
— ACCOMMODATIONS: All accommodations for 9/13/20 nights in 3 to 4-star equivalent Moroccan-owned and operated riads/hotels are included. Contact us to see a detailed itinerary including examples of the properties we intend to offer at the quoted price point. Properties will be confirmed a minimum of 30 days prior to departure. You always know where you will stay before we ask for final payment.
— MEALS: Breakfast is included each morning at your riad except on your day of arrival. Most lunches and dinners are not included. See detailed itinerary (please contact us.)

— GUIDING SERVICES: We’ll hire a professional English-speaking guide for your walking tours in Chefchaouen, Meknes, Fes, and Marrakech (as applicable to tour program). We’ll hire an English-speaking guide for your visits to Volubilis and the Kasbah Taourirt as well. The guides and walking tours are included in the price. No guide is needed at the Majorelle Gardens. An English-speaking guide is included in the price of your visit to the Hassan II Mosque and Atlas Studios.
— ADMISSIONS: Admissions are included to the Hassan II Mosque, Volubilis, Kasbah Taourirt, Atlas Studios, Majorelle Gardens (including the Berber Museum and YSL Museum), saffron farm, and textile museum (as applicable to tour program).
— ACTIVITIES: A camel ride into the desert tent camp is included. 21-day tour: participation in a cooking class is included.
NOTE: Reservations and other payments made on your behalf for third-party services and activities are non-refundable.
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED…
— MEALS: Lunches and dinners, other than those mentioned above and noted on the detailed itinerary, are not included.
— ADMISSION FEES: Admission fees to any attractions you may want to visit on your guided walking tours are not included so that you can more freely decide what you want to visit.
— GUIDING SERVICES: 14-day, 21-day tours: If you choose to walk or hike in the Ouirgane/Imlil area, we’ll hire an English-speaking guide to accompany you. There will be an additional charge for the guide and services, and we will provide a quote in advance prior to making the reservation for you.
— GRATUITIES: Gratuities are not included so that you can make a personal decision about how or if you would like to recognize the services of your driver, guides, and other service personnel who help you along the way.
— PERSONAL BEVERAGES: Personal beverages (including bottled water, soft drinks, juices and alcohol) are not included, nor are snacks you might purchase along the road or at your accommodations.
Good to Know
BEST TIME TO GO: Spring (mid-March to end of May) or Fall (mid-September to end of November) are best. Avoid the desert from mid-June to mid-September.
